Hi, thanks for stopping by. If you have no interest in obtaining one of my photos, please feel free to skip down below #9.

The rules:

1) If you would like to use a photo that i took I would really like it if you would contact me first.

2) If you can, i would really like you to pay for the photo. My rates are reasonable and my gear is expensive. Furthermore, it's likely that i had to pay to get into the show to shoot you in the first place.

3) If you can't, I would like it to be credited to www.frankhamiltonphoto.com, but Frank Hamilton will do.

4) You must credit ALL photos. Don't hate.

5) If you ask me to use my photos and i say "ok" that is NOT an open invitation to take any photo you like. You may use the photo i give you permission for in the use gave you permission for. Want to use another photo? Just ask, i'll probably say yes.

6) Nothing goes into print without my explicit written permission. That's where i draw the line. Please respect the line.

7) If you can't pay, i would really appreciate it if you would maybe mention my name to someone who can :)

8) If you can't pay and you don't know anyone who needs photos that can pay, beware. I might harangue you into sitting around while i experiment on you. If you want to know how annoying i can be, ask kim.

9) I retain copyright on ALL my photos and reserve the right to to be a total dick about it if you blatantly defy rules 1-8
