I have been taking pics for over 40 years, the first few years were just snaps, then I moved house, set up my own darkroom in the days of sloshing chemicals around and had great fun! My first "real"Camera was a Zenit E, then a Pentax ME super(which finally broke round about 2000,it was probably over 20 years old but it did have a hard life) a Pentax Z10, a Fuji point and shoot digital a Fuji Bridge Camera , Pentax DSLR ist DL2 and finally a Pentax K7 (I like Pentaxes!).

Took colour slides for a few years during which I got my LRPS. I made my mind up several years ago to concentrate purely on digital and it is a steep learning curve, but very worthwhile. Therefore any constructive comments/help is always welcome. I have been in a couple of Camera Clubs for some years and believe me while there is a lot wrong with them they are a great place to learn.

Most of my pics on Flickr are fairly low resolution so if you want better prints Flickrmail me and I might send you the full res version pics but basically if there is money involved I think it is only fair I get my cut.

I have just found out who shares my birthday (May 17), Taj Mahall, the blues singer which I think is really good and the Ayotola Khomeni which is not so good IMO.
