  "At first, I admired "Elox" from afar. Then one day, we happened to upload quite similar images, only mine was very literal and obvious whilst his was deeper and got right to the heart of the subject. And I guess that is one of the things I've always admired about his photography: the enigmatic images that defy explanation yet speak more powerfully than any words."

E' difficile stargli dietro, è difficile ricollocarsi, ogni volta, in una nuova astrazione. Infatti, ogni volta, "Elox", ci conduce in un luogo della nostra mente che ci sembra già "vissuto". Ma è nuovo, terribilmente nuovo, eppure così famigliare. Forse sono i percorsi dei nostri neuroni che mescolano e rimescolano i nostri ricordi, in una sorta di montaggio disarticolato eppure così "organico" al ricordo generale.   "What's to be said about a man with Elox's talent. It's as if originality, emotion, power and presence is captured in every of his shots. Elox is not a photographer, he's more than that. He's a true artist. He brings beauty and a story to all of his photos. Abstract, or not, it only makes you wonder what goes on in his head. If only I could see the world the way he does, it would be a world of interestingness.. fantasy and emotion. He's an inspiration and paradox at the same time.   "Elox's photostream is one of my favorites on flickr and I'm so lucky to have found him. He has his own unique style which is captivating and powerful. Looking through his work you can feel the massive amounts of passion and emotion that he puts into each shot and you will never see anything come close to typical. He treats each subject with skill and devotion. Elox's mastery of black and white is the best I've seen and words like "great" and "amazing" seem to downplay their quality. If you look at the same shot numerous times, which I often do, you always see something different. He is a genuine talent and artist with a distinct voice.
