Recently picked up photography again. Always looking for ways of improving my photos -- but trying not to be too obsessed with the whole thing!
I'm a genealogist (which means I study families, not rocks!) I love old/historic things. I recently finished my bachelor's degree in history and am now pursuing a masters in library and information science.

Some of you may have noticed that I changed my screen name from amyc500 to amyc500(FamilyTrees). It's an attempt to merge my dual identities ;-) I created my Flickr account as amyc500 and my geocaching account as FamilyTrees.
