Everything should be treated like a business. Always take personal inventory, sort out the little issues that will become large issues & break down the large issues. Have a small yet tight team for support & remember, it is always OK to ask for help.

I am a Substance Abuse & Mental Health Therapist for adults and adolescents. I work with Non Profit & For Profit Organizations as well as the legal system. I provide interventions & alternatives to incarceration.

I love music, either a large pair of headphones or better yet, at a concert. I also love to play both acoustic & electric guitar. I went to College for business and was in the tech sector for a while, then I went back to be able to give back.

I am a technology guru (Especially Mobile Devices). I used to rep many companies and sell devices allover the world.

Just got married & moved to Northern California after spending the past 35 years either on Long Island, Brooklyn or Manhattan.
