I was raised and educated in South Africa, and I speak with an Afrikaans accent. I currently live in Austin Texas with my wonderful husband, Darin, and our two four-legged fur-covered poop machines, Bean and Basil. They are Jack Russell Terrier mixes.

Also, lots of folks always ask me about my username ApplesInMyBra. I am sorry to inform you that I do not have boobs the size of apples. But I always ponder why women pay heaps of money to undergo painful surgery to augment their breast when they can simply shove fruit into their bras and obtain the same result. So if I ever want to enlarge my breasts, I would just put some apples in my bra. Not the granny smith kind, mind you! Golden delicious :-)
