Hi, my name is Michael --

I live in New York and I photograph its architecture, streets, people, art and food.

When I travel, I like to look for the same subjects that I photograph in New York City: historic, beautiful, odd and interesting buildings; towns and cities and how people pursue their public and private lives.

In 1991 I did a Masters in Studio Art at New York University, where I took classes in photography, video and computer art.
