I'm a wife and mum. I raise chickens, children, veg and rottweilers. I park my pink melamine next to my kitchen cauldron. I was born 40 years too late. I yearn for my Motherland, England.

My pleasures are simple~~~Shade and container gardening, cooking, vintage decor, cozy mysteries, Halloween, mystery radio shows, Dark Shadows, BBC/PBS, sitting around the firepit, and watching the kids chase the dogs. I am hooked on the chipped, the cobbled, the crooked...anything with the gentle lovely patina of time.

I am a darn good cook, a pretty amazing decorator, and a loyal friend.

I wouldn't consider myself to be a world class photographer, but that's not why I joined Flickr...I simply want to preserve moments in time that make me smile over morning coffee.
