  "What can I say about Elizabeth that hasn't already been said? She is a joy and a blessing to all of those lucky enough to be put on her path. I am blessed to be able to say that she is a friend rather than a contact. Her photos show her appreciation for the beauty God has put before us. Sometimes flowers, sometimes travel, her delicious bakery,. but especially her beautiful family. she puts love into all of her photos and it shows.   It has been such a pleasure to get to know Elizabeth through her photography. It goes without saying that she has the most gorgeous rosy cheeked grandchildren I have ever seen! Her love of her family is wonderful to witness and share. I really love the visits to the bakery where I can see the beautiful and delicious items they make and sell. I love her sense of humor that accompanies many of her photos. She is such a precious person.

  "I have known Elizabeth for some time now. She is very special to me. She amazed and surprised me when she wrote a testimonial for me, since I have been wanting to write one for her; and usually I am always the first one to do so. She is the second person to surprise me like that.
  
  I admire Elizabeth’s photography very much, because she captures the most interesting and precious moments of her life to share them with us all. There are many simple subjects filled with lots of love and emotion. Some are nostalgic memorabilia that has a very valuable meaning in her life in which throughout the years she has kept in great condition and she brings the beauty of them out through her captures. Through her photos, she also presents to us her world and gives us glimpses of the things that she does throughout the days. It is like opening a new page of a book to find out what happens next and I get a thrill to find what her next capture will reveal. I also enjoy the little humorous touch she adds to her descriptions and titles. I love her bakery shots and the photos of the tools they use in their bakery store. It shows her appreciation for the labor of her husband and the love they display in servicing their customers. The pastry shots are extremely delicious looking and they always leave me with the feeling of wanting to have one. There is so much love in her photography. That is the love for her family and very beautiful grandchildren. There is also a tremendous love for the Lord Jesus Christ and the blessings that he provides us daily. She uses her talents to capture and demonstrate all of God’s natural wonders be it by taking a flower or sunset shot. Her captures gives testimony of God’s wonderful love and gifts for us all to enjoy and that many times we take for granted. I know that Elizabeth claims to be just an amateur, but her shots show how great she really is and it also shows how she takes learning seriously and she comes back with stunning shots that surprises us. She is developing and with her determination and will, she will always surprise us with awesome captures, I know. Another aspect of Elizabeth that I admire is that she does not comprise the time of the Lord to be on Flickr. She likes Flickr as much as we all do, but she knows that she cannot spend time doing something different when that time belongs to doing the will of God. There is so much more that can be said about this great and wonderful lady that I have come to admire and love with all my heart. Last, but not least is that Elizabeth takes the time to visit one’s site to view our captures and leave encouraging comments that always puts a smile on my face. She is a very faithful Flickr contact.
  
  I am blessed that the Lord has brought us together through this medium. I am also blessed that we now communicate more often and that she is able to help me with so many issues in my life. She has become one of the very few people that are very close to me. She is an oasis of joy and I thank her for taking the time to write and help me with such love and patience!   "Elizabeth and I first met when we both posted comments about a fine looking cake; she visited my photostream, made one of her great comments and the Flickr friendship began. I love hearing about her life in Scotland and am envious of her wonderful family whom she regularly shares photographs of. We've all gained insight into her life through her photos--the love she has for her family and especially her beautiful grandchildren along with the joy and sadness she has faced these past few months with the change in her Mother's living situation. Eliz takes the most interesting photos of her beautiful Scotland and I also really enjoy the shots she takes in her (and her husband's) bakery. She has so many Flickr friends but always makes me feel special by her regular visits and comments about my latest creations. She is also kind enough to offer help when she can--we are both still learning the art of Photoshop; so any knowledge that we can share with one another is a learning experience that is greatly appreciated.
