Lately I've been obsessed with macro images and have a pet peeve of people who call an image macro when it is just a closeup. A true macro photo is life size on the sensor which means when you see it on the screen its huge, anything else less than life size is just a closeup. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with closeups, just when the group is meant to be for macro, I wanna see macro images.

I'm really thrilled that Creative Commons licenses allow others to use my photos. All my photos that are available under a Creative Commons license MUST be attributed with a link to the image on flickr.

In addition to the above restriction, no automated image gathering utilities may display any of my images on their sites, this applies to compflight as well as any other similar site, as a rule of thumb if you are personally reading this before using my image then its all ok and I would appreciate knowing that you are using the image :)
