Optics nut & collector - I love the look of optical glass as well as tinkering with lenses etc. Since I am also interested in astronomy, photography, birding, etc., I have lots of excuses to get stuff. Starting to teach myself real optics so I know what to do with all this stuff.
I work in computers ('information architecture'); insanely busy (have 7 mo old, 4 yr old, still getting used to the madness of two kids and two working parents); political (e.g., was pulling for Dean and/or Clark in Dem primaries).
