Born in Oban, Scotland. Graduated from St. Andrews University. Emigrated to the US in 1962, an east coaster (mostly) until retirement when went off cruising first by sea, and then by land. Now, I've finally settled down until the end of (my) time in beautiful Juneau, AK.
