I am a mostly self-taught photographer trying to make my way in the photo world. I took a photography class in high school, but everything I've learned since then has been on my own. I love reading online tutorials and how-to's and I am always reading a new photography book.
I love spending hours exploring other people's work on Flickr and I'm constantly inspired to improve my own photos.
I bought my first DSLR, a Nikon D40, in June 2007. I learned a lot from that little camera.
I'm constantly learning and I'm having a blast doing so. I love trying new tricks and techniques and seeing my photos improve.

I shoot in RAW and edit all my photos in Photoshop CS3 on my eMac or MacBook, using my Wacom tablet.
