Bowman!'s photostream

I am an archaeologist and a photographer, trying to find the balance between the two. I have been taking photographs for years but, I have only been making photographs for a couple of those years. I like Flickr and I have found that it gives me place to share my work and have it critiqued by all kinds of photographers. I want to work to close the gap between my vision of photography and the way I actually shoot. Flickr helps me to do that.

I would like to someday work as an assignment photographer covering scientific and humanitarian subjects. So, National Geographic if you are reading this let me know if your looking for an intern, i'll quit my job and move to D.C.
