I'm a graduate student in musicology at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Originally from South Carolina, I played the organ for several years at a United Methodist church in my hometown. Now I study shape note singing in the south- I'm always driving to Georgia and Alabama to sing Sacred Harp. Photography is a hobby but I also am working toward a long-term project.
