  No puedo pensar en su trabajo sin imaginar el estilo de vida que Luis relata (sin intención alguna) en sus imágenes, llega a mi mente un mexicano cosmopolita habitante del mundo entero, contando historias ajenas como propias, que con un grupo de compañeros de trabajo y amigos de viajes filman una cotidianidad reinterpretada.
  
  Sus imágenes más allá de ser magistralmente tomadas y procesadas, hablan de las diferentes facetas de Luis Montemayor, algunas veces hablan del cinematógrafo tras la cámara fija, otras del filósofo hogareño de múltiples rostros, muchas veces hemos conocido su parte más sincera, la que hace de maestro explicando técnicas y procesos.
  
  En estos momentos vemos su parte viajera, curiosa por el antiguo mundo, estoy completamente seguro que hay mucho más que ver y conocer.
