Hi, I am a father of two lovely children who have inspired many fantastic photos. My youngest is disabled and I am his full time carer. I have been on flickr for a while now and have come along way in my time here.I started with a fuji 2600 then moved up to another fuji, this time the f31fd. Then I moved up to a cannon 400d and a couple of lenses. This Year I bought a 40D and another lens. I love wildlife photography and boys toys stuff eg. Cars, planes and trains. Photography and photoshop has become my way of expressing and showing my creative side. I use photoshop in many of my images, partly because when I first took photos the images lacked punch and depth. Photoshop gave me ways of (in my opinion) improving my work. My dream is to take the kind of photos that stay with you long after you have seen them. I may never reach that aim but I will continue to try for as long as I am able.

Please do not use any of my images for any purpose. If you wish to purchase any of them then please send me an email.

I love your work, your colorful and technically perfect images, but, more than that, through your work, I came to know you as a person of great imagination and sensitivity and for this, I'm happy."

"Karl was one of my first contacts on Flickr. He does some outstanding work. It is worth your time to take a look at his photostream. Karl will always comment on your pictures if you are lucky enough to have him as a contact. We have shared a lot of great moments. It is special that a man from England and one from the USA have become great friends because of Flickr. Karl is a proud father and a special father and I am so proud to call him a good friend."

"Here is my story about you... On October 9th, 2007 I discovered by chance your site with a surprising composition of colors and enjoyment " Ferris wheel "... After, i was touched by the couple " Going solo " and " Status alone requires courage " with this humble beauty ... "Berry" and " simplicity " totally seduced me by this tone softness and this subtle light... Now I follow your compositions with pleasure .. ..Thanks for sharing karl ..."

"I like your work, especially your "Flower Sets"... and I agree with you. I, too, love to take pictures. It's cathartic, isn't it? It reminds us that beauty of all kinds really is in the *eye* of the beholder! Our photography will only get better with time and practice...but who's trying to be an expert? Keep on appreciating the beauty around you and thank you for sharing it with us! Isn't it cool how individuals from all over the world find beauty in the oddest little things & creatures?Thank you for adding me as your Flickr Frend...keep smilin':)"
