I'm just a guy (62 years) that likes to take pics, just like you. I am new to digital, (it seriously rocks!) and I am just beginning to "get it". I'm a native Mainer, but pretty new to southern Maine so I still have to find the sweet places for photos.
What I find wonderful and amazing is our ability to share with people from all over the globe, with one common interest, to capture what our minds see and try to express our wonder at it all. Be it a child's smile, a sunset, a bug, your favorite car, or a horrible war. I am only sorry that time disallows my seeing every profile and photo.
