I am an old time photographer got my first Zenith camera when I was 12 years old, that was in 19XX!!
I have taken throusands of color and B&W prints from all over the world starting from the arctic circle north to the tropics south. I have great passion with nature, landscape, outdoor, sunset, flowers and macros shots (not man made objects), but still looking for the ultimate photo that will satisfy my eyes. I feel that I am still learning from nature and how it presents itself in unlimited shapes, forms and colors. I hope that my photos will bring a smile to the Flickrs. Thanks for stopping by and for the time taken to visit my photo stream. I appreciate any honest and constructive comments on my photos.

August 2008 update.

Today I had to remove more than 100 of my contacts from my contact list because they were idle for several monrths and I didn't see any new posting or didn't see any comments posted by them for a very long time. If you are among the ones I removed I expect you to do the same, it is fair. I usually scan ALL my contacts posting on regular daily basis and post comments on the majority of them to appriciate the photo and the photographer. I have very loyal friends on Flicker who visit every photo I post and always leave nice personal comments, not the type of copy/paste things. I treat them the same and more.

"If there is a single place you can find the finest photos of nature and unusual macros then it is Asadbabil's photostream.

Salah's work never fails to captivate me, it is a common thing for me to spend a few minutes looking deeply and appreciating the details of his work.

I find his photos of nature most evocative as they touch my senses and emotions. Each piece is done with so much passion and every frame is a visual poetry of colors and light.
Few people has this creative ability and Salah is one of the few.

He takes a low profile and not often seen in many groups so I feel fortunate to have met him and very privileged to be called his friend.

He does more than just appreciate and encourage... he communicates and connects with his friends."

"Asadbabil(Salah) has a unique ability to create photographs that are both meaningful and artistic. A good example is his amazing pictures of water drops. His comments are not one-word sentences; instead, they convey a meaningful appraisal of the photos he on which he chooses to comment."
