To start off with..... just to let you know..... if you don't have any photos available to me, you will be blocked. I just don't like the idea of not knowing what someone is about if they're watching me and/or my friends and family.

If you're curious to know a little something about me, read on.........

I've always hated forms, tests or assignments that ask you to describe yourself. I think it's because I understand that the desired answer is a description of what it's like to know me, but that's different for different people and changes from day to day. I am a chameleon. If you asked a few people who really know me to describe me, each one of them would tell you something different. I am different things to different people..... probably because I feel that everyone has different needs. There are a few things though that I can say with honest certainty will always remain the same....

- I have auburn hair and green eyes.
- I have a unique name.
- I am an introvert AND an extrovert.
- Depression and bipolar disorder run in my family. I did not escape it, but I'm trying to.
- I LOVE snuggling with my kids, being with my husband, riding horses, taking pictures and reading.
- I HATE to cook and do laundry. (I do like to make soup though, that's a weird thing about me. Unfortunately my family does not want to eat soup every night.)
- I think A LOT and never say anything unless I fervently believe it is true..... right..... and necessary.
- I reserve judgment of others until I know them better. Not to say that I feel it's my place to judge others but we all do it even if it's not consciously done. My philosophy on this is that other people's choices are their own not mine and don't have a reflection on me when I choose to associate with them no matter what anyone may say to the contrary. I do not know what may have happened in a person's life to make them the way they are. They deserve grace, so I give it.
- I see beauty in EVERYONE. That God would choose to make ME humbles and amazes me, when I look at others I remember that He chose to make them too. He loves each and every one of us as if we were the only one.
- Things that are important to me are: family, friends, values, integrity, personality, honesty, faithfulness, tenderness, humor, eagerness, confidence, humility, compassion, generosity, sincerity, forgiveness.
- Things that drive me nuts or make me mad are: not putting the new toilet paper roll on the dispenser (I want to 'go postal' when this happens), paperback books (please spend the money to buy the durable, permanent kind, trade and share), littering (this in my opinion is the EPITOME of sloth), the abuse of children, the abuse of animals, selfishness, fickleness, hyper-sensitivity, negativity, conceit, deceit, insincerity, inconsideration, laziness and arrogance.

This is me in a nutshell. I don't have any labels for or declarations to make of myself. If you choose to get to know me here on Flickr you will undoubtedly come to your own conclusions.
