I've always had a deep appreciation for photographs that evoked emotions or feelings. I owned only point-and-shoot cameras until about a year ago, when my fiancee gave me a Nikon DSLR as a gift and opened up a whole new world of photography to me. Since then, I've tried to immerse myself in all things photographic. I've devoured several excellent books on composition and exposure and even began dabbling in photo editing. What has really helped my photography, however, is the Project 365 I am doing. I've been inspired and motivated by the talent and artistry of many of my fellow Flickr members. Since I started my Project 365, photography has blossomed into something I live and breathe.
