Just a guy hanging out in Indonesia & travelling the world with work.

I have always loved taking photos and have recently purchased my first digital SLR a Canon D500, although still an amature camera i hope it will provide a decent entry point for improving my photography. i hope to branch out and but some nice prime lenses in the future then eventually upgrade the camera body as time goes on.

I love taking photos of things of beauty and unusualness, insects, flowers, women, landscapes and buildings all fascinate me, along with the usual crop of happy snaps as i travel the world

I dont really like overworked images and am prone to think its all about being there at the right time at the right place and capturing what you seee in front of you with whatever equipment you happen to have. Hence i like photos taht are a little raw and not photoshopped. The most I ever really do is crop a picture, rarely if ever even adjusting teh contrast... i may be convinced to do otherwise as i learn and play

Any comments are always really appreciated, especially any input about how to improve my photography.
