"I look and see no one has written a testimonial to Eric. This is just plain wrong. Eric is a champion of old L.A., Googie, tiki, neon, roadside kitsch and the things in our past that we SHOULD be saving, but instead ignore and knock down at rates that should alarm us all. Our history, the America that once held all the promise of Camelot, the rocket age, the bright future, all being replaced with the beige, the boring, the sameness and cookie-cutter blah. All the excitement and taste of day old beer. Eric preserves it, presents it, spoons it out and enlightens us with it all. Bless 'em. We need more Erics out there, but at least we have this one."
