Julie Collins is a Professional Photographer and artist located in the Chicagoland area who also travels around the world for her work. She has been photographing for over 20 years and is available for any type of shoot. She started her company specializing in Performance, Off Stage, Backstage, Event, Wedding, Portrait, Landscape, Commercial, & Promotional Photography five years ago after many years of documenting and creating photographs. On top of her own photography business, Rose Mountain Photo, she works as the House Photographer at The Wild Hare, Chicago's Finest Club for World, Afrobeat, African, and Reggae Music, as the House Photographer at The Cubby Bear in Chicago, and also works at The Kinetic Playground, in Chicago, very often for specific shows. On top of that, she contributes her work to a few music publications, to give exposure to the artists she works with, including; www.Reggaeville.com, an international Reggae site based out of Germany, www.Jambase.com, as well as www.HonestTune.com. Some of the annual music festivals in Chicago she documents each year include; The Chicago Bluegrass & Blues Festival, North Coast Music Festival, and Wicker Park Festival. She has a wide variety of clients from shooting weddings and events to portrait work and or performance documentation.





Julie is able to capture the highlights of each and every shoot successfully as well as create lasting artistic photographic memories taking her photos even further artistically than other photographers. She has a traveling light studio to bring on location or for in studio work. Her services not only are limited to just photography. She also enjoys combining creative visual graphic art into her photography, based on what the client is looking for, or by manifesting the ideas in her head or her clients heads, for a specific project. This could also include the combining of images or adding effects to photographs resulting in a fine art photographs. She strongly believes in best representing each and everyone of her clients with her images and artistic abilities to suit their specific needs or liking and always takes the extra time to help promote and help whom ever she is working with in any way she can. Some of her extra work includes; creating CD album art, posters, advertising, logos, business cards, album design, recycled bottle cap photo buttons, and much more. No project is too big or too small. She will take on any challenge or shoot while working hand in hand with each client to deliver them stunning work.
