I photograph life as it happens around me, and am always looking to photograph life.

I use an old Nikon F3 with a 35mm, 24mm and 14mm.
All of my work is black and white and all of it is uncropped, I shoot on Ilford HP5+ most of the time but will use FP4 when it's not available. I never use flash and I love studying and photographing life and the people around me.

I've been learning photography for about 18 years and I work as a photographer at Aardman Animations in Bristol, UK.

Please try not to use my images without permission.

I now have a book on Blurb. It's a retrospective of my work so far.

"Luke is not only one of my favourite photographers but his gallery about Cornish life will one day provide a rich vein of resource for social historians. And all this peerlessly captured in the digital age with a Nikon F3 and HP5."
