I recently got back into creating and it has been such a blessing. I am pretty much a homebody right now, but look forward to getting out and exploring my hometown of Austin more thoroughly since I have returned after 18 years. My degree is in marine biology and I worked as an environmental scientist for 5 years in Houston, but working and teaching in this art world that I have discovered truly feeds my soul. I still like fish (I have a small reef aquarium), but find myself moving in other directions. I am an amateur photographer who loves to photograph architecture, flowers and my daughter. Maybe I will take a photography course someday...
