I love to sew, quilt, weave, crochet, knit, raise chickens, clean house, write music, play guitar,make candles, blog about homemaking, homeschool, worship the Lord, hang out with my teenagers and go on dates with my dear hubby. And I love my grandchildren! I guess that says it all in a nutshell.

If I have free time, you'll probably find me sewing..by hand or by machine. I love the challenge of making something new especially without a pattern!

I love the country and have been here 7 years...and it is still so quiet and pleasant. Life is too short for all that I want to do..how about you?
