Busy Betsy’s home is a happy place full of sparkly beads and lovely bunting and we would love to share our life and passion for beads, buttons, ribbons and all things creative with you.

We are two mothers of three girls between the ages of 7- 12 and a little boy monkey aged 5 who all love to craft, create jewellery and keep us occupied with their ideas of new items to make.

All our designs are handmade with love by ourselves in Manchester. We choose all our sparkly beads and textiles. Many of the textiles have been upcycled/recycled and we would love to show you ways of creating a new item from a redundant one in your wardrobe and reduce the landfill!

We keep adding items to our shop on a regular basis but if you would like an item that isn’t there, please give us a call or send us an email. Also if you do see something you like but would like it in a different colour do let us know. We happily customise any item to your own specifications.

As mothers of little girls we are truly aware of the need to brighten up the day with some nice beads and our Busy Betsy Sparkly Parties might just be what your little darling needs to brighten up her birthday or special occasion!

We have a number of party options available, any party can be customised to your needs. Not sure when to have a party or like to have the option to organise an impromptu one, you might like to have a look at our party kits. A selection of dazzling Busy Betsy beads, charms, threads and ribbons will be provided with our suggestion of how to use them but please feel free to create your own entirely unique design.

Our ideas and imagination is never ending but we are always open to other ideas and suggestions so please feel free to drop us a line either on email or on the blog and we would be very happy to talk to you about any idea that you might have or any customised items you would like to order.
