Psylosophy Records is an alternative independent label. We try not to take life too serious but, believe us, we are somehow commited to what we do.

It all started with Psylosophy.com, the psytrance on-line community Ed (Delusional) & Leitovsky (Yantra) decided to open one day, back in 2004. The site's main goal was to uncover underground artists below the huge amounts of shitty music being released at the time, but never lost the information portal & community feel.

A couple of months later we had already discovered many talented artists, some of which have eventually signed and released with big labels (The Galactic Brain, Ruberoid, Aghori Tantrik, just to name a few...).

We still felt, however, that the scene was dying, going too commercial and, without the labels filter of common sense, shit kept coming through to the customers. So we've decided to open our own underground, independent, home based label. All our albums are entirely home made and limited in number.

We burn a number of albums and when they're gone, they're gone. We don't really give a fuck whether we get gigs or not, or if you get one of our albums and just burn it yourself, we just want you to appreciate the music. If we happen to make any money out of one of our releases, it goes straight into organizing a label party, nothing else.
