I have taken photos for many years - with two big leaps. The first one was when I got my first digital camera, the second when I discovered all the Flickr fun.
Before that I took photos of my cats, and I brought my camera with me for special occasions. Now my camera is almost always with me, and I have noticed that I look at the world in a new and more observing way: Will this make a good shot?
My favourite objects still are cats - both the Russian Blues living in our house - and other cats, but I also take photos of other animals, flowers and whatever catches my eye.
