.db. duane{photography}'s photostream

I'm just a guy with a camera! I don't have a particular style (I don't think). I'm all over the place photographically. I love all styles of photography and am trying to learn a little of bit about all, or maybe most. I do draw a line. No nudes - artistic or otherwise.

I love and hate Flickr.
I love viewing others photos and and being inspired by them. I think Flickr has made everyone better photographers - whether they will admit to it or not.
I hate Flickr sometimes, when people offer their critiques, or say what they don't like about your photos and when you visit their stream and it looks like...garbage! (You know what I talking about...if it hasn't happened to you yet, it will! I've seen it a lot, and, sometimes, I want to jump in an tell them: 'get a life!' or 'buy a clue!')
If you like someone's photo, tell them. If you don't, just keep moving. Photographers put their hearts into their work at every level. True photographers appreciate that!! If they don't ask, you don't tell!

Anyway...thanks for visiting! I hope you enjoy! And, if you see something you like, just say so! I'm a simple guy who likes simple words.

Addendum: If I don't respond to you comments or invites please don't be offended! I'm not on flickr much anymore. I mostly post pictures for my family to see. My schedule is very busy and my time is short. I do, however, thank you all for checking out what's left of my photostream. Maybe things will change in the near future. See ya...!
