I love photography. I take pictures when I like and of subjects I find interesting. I work in a world of computers and photography is a getaway from that world - a sort of therapy.

That's about it.

...or like Lt. Columbo says "one more thing...": there are quite a few pictures in my photostream so I have made a collection that gives you idea what kind of pics I like to take.

USED TO HAVE

Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM
Kit lens for 40D. Exchanged for 17-40 f/4 to get better quality and to be able to use a wide angle lens on a full frame body (although back then I didn't dare to dream to be owning a full frame).

Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM
My first telephoto lens. Exchanged for Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 to get better results in indoor sports.

Sigma APO 70-200mm F2.8 EX DG HSM
My first fixed aperture lens of f/2.8. A really good lens for sports photography but when I tried my friend's Canon EF 200 f/2.8 and noticed how lightweight it was, I exchanged Sigma for Canon.

Elinchrom D-Lite it To Go Set 200/400
My first lighting gear. Didn't use very much and realized that I would have more use for a portable flash so I exchanged this for LumoPro LP160.
