Full-time freelance artist, illustrator, mostly children's books and sci-fi/fantasy, I also create portraits, and murals, currently working on a fairy book.
I'm a not photographer, I barely know what a shutter-speed is, I have one old camera with a lens, one floodlight, and thats all I've used for years, no reflectors, meters, equipment.
These are reference photos for paintings/drawings. This is an opportunity for me to show my other work, as my website has to stay kid-friendly. I've never shown my photos as 'photography', I didn't consider they'd be thought of as such. The models are friends or people I shoot for book and cover art, mainly amateur.
