The Maxx's photostream

Thanks for having a look at my stream.

I'm here to learn and to improve my photographic skills;
so any comments are welcome.

First, I want to give my standard "family / travel" snapshots that little extra by paying attention to the basics (playing with aperture settings etc) and trying different angles.

Secondly, through the camera I try to get a different perspective on things and look for beauty.

For now, I'm using a Canon S5 IS which allows for a lot of experimenting but I can't wait to get my hands on the real thing (DSLR ;-)
Erase that.
Upgraded to eos 400D / digital Rebel XTi + 50mm f1.8 prime + 18-55 kit lens :-)
