I'm here to learn. I appreciate help in that endeavor from all human beings (selfish people excluded).

I am an autistic. Therefore, good or bad, I am apt to see a subject differently than most and I sometimes take pictures that show this difference. I am also apt to forget my tripod, mittens, ISO setting, and the password to my computer. I often take pictures that reflect all this, too.

While I have troubles with names and faces, I will always remember the warm, dedicated, expressive hearts and souls I have met through Flickr. They have taught me so much - and only some of it was about photography.

I started taking photos, in a serious way, in November 2004. I've taken many pictures since then, and had a few published:

"Federal Budget" was published in: Yes! Magazine (15 Jul 10)

"BlueBow" was publishedK by the Lutheran Church of Hope, West Des Moines, Iowa, on a mailing postcard advertising their 2006 Christmas Candlelight Services.

"Alley" was published in: pict*re magazine - Special Volume: Night (January 2006).

"Holes" was published in: Stirring : A Literary Collection Volume 7, Edition 6 : June 2005. (cover photo)

"Squirrel" was published in: Stirring : A Literary Collection Volume 7, Edition 10 : October 2005. (cover photo)

"Burned Church" was published in: SOMETIMES CITY:vol02/iss01 (november/december 2002). (cover photo)

"Jeff is extremely creative and adventurous. I can take 20 pictures of the same thing he does, and his views are always better. And he'll go photo hunting with you, which is always a plus!"
