Born and raised in Ohio (near Cuyahoga Valley National Park), then lived in Maryland (just outside D.C.), Indiana (worked at Indiana Dunes National Recreation Area), Arizona (at the Grand Canyon - South Rim) and for a very short time In San Bernardino California before moving to San Francisco where I work on Alcatraz Island in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
