I am a male from Cheshire and have been interested in railways most of my life. I went to Oakfield School then Hyde Grammar which was ideal being right beside the Woodhead line at Newton. I became interested in photography around 1978. Since then my main subject has been railways apart from a period in the last 80s and 90s.
I have two children, a boy and a girl. Also I have an interest in geneology and a lifelong love of music. I play in a local band called Fat Chance and on occasion as The Mystery Singer..
