This is my first time in this section of flickr and I was wondering why anyone you put taken on there profile but it's and option...lol I guess anything can be a dating site.

Well about me I am living in Oregon but I call home Chicago. I am coming to photography late in life but not to taking photos. My first slr was when I was 12. Well it wasn't really mines just kind of took it over. My father wanted a nicer camera and just never learned how to use it. I taught myself how to take photos with it and cause he never got a flash for it I learned how to adjust the setting to get good photos in low lighting. The first time he saw photos I took with that camera he just gave it to me. So, off and on I have had a camera every since. I started coming across site like this aimed at photographers and photography and now it consumes me. I want to get better at it and I will. Just get so caught up at looking at good photos I don't take enough. However, I am inspired more and more so when I do shot I take more chances now which may not always come out right but I like that.
