photograhy really caught my attention a few years ago when, thru the work of my sister-in-law donna, i saw that with just a little more effort, it was possible to take a photograph instead of just snap a picture. i still consider myself to be a beginner.

for the most part i've been happy to stand at the back of the room and watch all the beautiful and interesting things others have to offer with their body of work. so much of it is stunning, inspiring, and has made me rethink my position in the back of the room. the view is fine...but it is nowhere near as rewarding. i feel like i may have something to offer. i prefer to photograph people - i especially love the parts that make up the whole. i especially love babies - the the sum of all their chubby little parts.

i am wife to one great husband & mother to 4 wonderful kids. i was born and raised in adelaide, australia, but have lived in the arizona for the past 20 plus years.
