Michael Kanemoto is a Colordo artist specializing in landscape and outdoor photography. Whether working at the Liberty Memorial, or the deserts and mountains of the American West, Michael immerses the individual within an intimate setting to recreate the wonder and spectacle of the world. Michael has a deep understanding of natural lighting, the sense of space and location, and is driven by creating an image that resonates with the viewer.

Michael believes the standard for natural images is the human perception of the actual subject, and uses digital photography with post-processing to arrive at the final image. Michael has been taking photographs since 1986, and has a BFA from the University of Michigan School of Art and Design.
