I don't take pictures. I write bad poetry and short fiction. I like to post photos with my stories. Read my stuff and if you like it and want to send me a photo for any story, that would be nice. Or send me a photo, and I'll write a story for it.

I was born in Silverton, Colorado in 1963 to an unwed pair of fur trappers. I have worked as a hempsteader, carpenter, soldier, mining engineer, propagandist, Guillemot-egg collector, bee keeper, brewery worker, crop duster, bush pilot, produce clerk, sweatshop inspector and government consultant.

At times I have lived homeless rather than keeping a dull desk job. I graduated from Queen's University in Ontario, Canada. I live a cloistered life on a remote island in British Columbia with my daughters and the playwright, Moana Mayhew.

About the photos I collect: Temporary experiment, women and guns. Some kind of James Bond thing going on... Vic is a pretender.
