"Nolehace's orchid photos changed my world view -- literally. Our photostreams collided in this crazy place called Flickr, after an orchid exposition where I'd shot some rudimentary images. I was an orchid neophyte at best. It wasn't until I saw nolehace's images that I fully grasped the splendor of this flower. His photostream is a gorgeous and extensive tribute to orchids, documenting both the subtle and the dramatic. Seeing orchids through the eyes of someone who genuinely loves, knows and appreciates them does, in fact, change one's perspective. It did mine. I can never pass an orchid now without a deep appreciation and curiosity."
