I take lots of pics of anything and everything.
I started with an old manual Zenith SLR and used to develop my own Black and White photos.
Then came the cheap colour photo labs and now Digital.
Photography has never been so easy or cheap as now.
Hell you don't even have to focus any more.

I believe that Photography is Photography and Art is Art.
Why else are there art galleries and seperate photographic galleries ?

If your photo is a created abstract then it could be classed as art. BUT
If you have captured a place , a moment in time, an expression, or a feeling using a camera : then it is a photograph. You are a photographer !

There is a great art in taking a good photograph.

By the way , the majority of my photos have been downloaded in small size to enable you to view them but not get good prints or decent reproductions.
Several people have requested large versions and I have happily sent them , as long as they are not for your profit and you do not steal them there is no problem.

I retain the full copyright on them and insist that I am acknowledged as the photographer , as they have been in magazines from various parts of the world including the USA and Australia.
