Please visit my blog--my first experience with blogging and difficult for me to do because I tend to be reclusive. Would love to have comments and suggestions:

I live in rural Vermont and love the beautiful landscape we have here and enjoy photographing it and sharing it with other flickr members.

Another love is photographing horses... and we are fortunate to have some of the most beautiful local horses and to have some of the most talented and beautiful horses (and riders!) in the country come to Vermont each summer to compete in dressage and hunter-jumper competitions.

Photoshop is something that I am trying to master--I like to create the worlds that I have in my imagination-- to take horses out of dusty practice arenas and rings and put them into worlds more worthy of their power and grace. I am not always successful, but I enjoy every minute I spend trying! With very rare exceptions, I use my own photographs for all my work.

I am very appreciative of all the support from my flickr friends and visitors, and for the help they so generously give.

If you make me a contact, thank you--I am flattered. I am trying to limit the number of contacts so that I will be able to keep up with what each is doing. I am not very well organized and do not always check my fickr mail, so please forgive me. I do try get to it before too long and enjoy hearing from other flickr members.

I hope you will find something to enjoy in my photostream.

"With her photo work, Isabelle Ann takes me to places with which I am unfamiliar. I have seen Vermont and polo matches and farms and beautiful horses before. But her art carries me past what I have previously seen in those arenas. It is wonderful to see things through her eyes. Her talented eye goes well with her welcoming heart. Kind and thoughtful, she has always willingly shared her knowledge. Flickr has brought me much pleasure. The best of it is getting to know people like Isabelle Ann."

"Isabelle Ann is an artist, a photographer and a generous soul. I eagerly anticipate her next post....knowing it will be beautiful! You don't have to love horses (though I do) to find her work inspiring. She speaks to the universal love of all things beautiful and inspires me to search for fresh ways to see and share my world.."

"What draw me to Isabelle at first was her beautiful horse photography , she is an intelligent warm and open minded person always willing to share her knowledge and always thriving to better herself with her photoshop skills.
I always valued her honest opinions and her friendship , she is one person on Flickr that I would love to meet in person.
Her photography is always improving and she has the courage to try herself at photographic challenges all the time , I am always looking forward at what she will be posting next...

"Isabelle Ann has a marvelous sensitivity to the 'aliveness' of her subjects, enabling her to capture the essense of the moment. I look forward to seeing where this takes her, artistically and personally."
