Thank you everyone for more than 40,000 views to my photostream. Please keep your comments encouraging or atleast provide positive suggestions.

Frequent trips to developing rolls was not only costly but also piling boxes in store rooms eventually beyond 4 -5 albums tossing around was problem. And digital cameras were there for quite some time and past the age of 1-2 megapixels developing even a 8x10 with new cameras seemed easy.

What started as a play with my new digital camera Canon Powershot Pro1 soon turn out to be a passion. I spent now a lot of time with flickr. I try to learn by making mistakes and getting encouragement.

I am almost done with Canon EOS XSi and 18-55mm which is a backup.

Most of the time I use Canon EF-S IS 18-200 mm

Canon works really good for me I have EOS 60D and 300mm f/4L which I traded with a lens that I loved a lot 70-200mm f/2.8L only for a getting a better zoom and clarity. Now that my 2X extender does not work in auto focus mode I have to use a manual focus when I want to use a 2x. I got myself an EOS 5D(not the shiny one with markII at bottom) and EF 17-40mm f/4 L for landscapes.

I am still dreaming to move 5DMkII and EF100mm f/2.8L or its like to close in on smaller subjects to life size. So when is this happening I do not know.
