  "I remember as a child my mother using that old camera that used 120 roll film and those flash bulbs that would melt when they went off. She was interested in photography, but in those days with 5 kids to clothe and feed, not much money or time was left for artistic pursuits.
  She has always been one of the most talented crafts people I have ever met. She is excellent at tole painting, knitting, crochet, and anything she puts her hand to.
  It's good see her now turning those talents on Flickr, and she has made quite a splash! Just look at the number of comments she gets on her photos. Very cool for being here such a short time. Flickr provides a great gallery for growing our skills by interaction with other photographers, and she is making the most of it.
  Hang around her photostream for a while and you will be richly rewarded!! Love ya, Mom!!
  
  P.S. Speaking of talented knitting.......sure would be nice to have a new toboggan that would match that new dark brown Carhartt jacket I got for my birthday! I have pretty much worn the last one out. (hint, hint) hehehe! By the way folks, these are the warmest toboggans in the world! When you cut off your hair like I do, this is VERY important in winter! BTW, toboggan or no toboggan, you're the best Mom!!"
