Hello,
I'm 33. I was born in Korea and adopted into the USA as an infant and grew up in Minnesota. I moved to Chicago to attend the School of the Art Institute of Chicago where I studied painting and drawing. (BFA 1998).

I met my future husband in 1993 in Minnesota while we both worked at Kinko's Copies. Later, he moved into the apartment across the street from me in Uptown Chicago, and then in 2003 we eloped in a small ceremony at the Chicago Cultural Center and moved to our home here in Edgewater. One Christmas, I gave him the gift of a digital camera, and just last year, I usurped it from him, joined Flickr, and the rest is history.

Currently, I'm working a few days a week as a gallery guard at the Museum of Contemporary Art here in Chicago. (I make sure people respect the art). I also enjoy practicing yoga and doing drawings. You can find me most weekdays with my cup of coffee, black, at the local Edgewater Starbucks.

My daily goal is to practice compassion.
