Usually resident in Kyiv, Ukraine and have been working as a long-term expert (too humble to call myself a consultant unlike some of the bloody Silver Foxes on the circuit) on mainly EU-funded (Tacis) economic development projects. Spent the last 18+ years rattling round CEEC (Central and Eastern European Countries) doing 'good-works' on behalf of various 'Donor' organisations As ever too portly for my own good but nonetheless having a hoot.
