  "There are many fine flower photographers at Flickr. And then there is Julie Scholz. Her work occupys a level of its own, somewhere near the top. Spend a few moments going though a slideshow of one of her photo sets and you will quickly be convinced of the overall excellence found in her photostream. These are images that elicit audible "oohs" and "wows" from the viewer. These are all well considered compositions created with patience and a love for her subjects. This is photography with great strength, grace and sensitivity. We get to share her experiments, but there is no bad photography on these pages.
