  Vikki, in my own words, is the" Norman Rockwell of modern day photography". She has the ability to capture ones "Essenice" and display it perfectly for all to see and enjoy. Her images haunt you, and you find yourself looking at them over and over again, wondering how she did it. Its obvious that she puts her subjects totally at ease from the start of one of her sessions, as they always look so relaxed and into what they are doing. This is a sign of a TRUE artist!
  
  Vikki is more then a photographer,,Much more. She is heart and soul an artist!!! She is a wonderful and true friend, who shy's away from compliments to her,, and yet is a constant "nudge" for her friends. Always inspireing, Always positive, always there with a positive word.

  "I've been a big fan of Vikki's photos for a long time now, so it came as a surprise to me tonight when I realized that I had not yet written a testimonial for her... especially as much as I praise her photography.
  
  What has always impressed me the most about Vikki's photos is the portraits she takes. Her settings are everyday, outdoorsy type settings which add a lot to the natural look too. What also impresses me is her use of light and color. Slightly high key lighting seems to dominate a lot of her shots. This washes out what you don't need to see, but leaves the important details right where they should be. Her colors are soft, so it is the subject that stands out and grabs your attention, instead of the colors themselves. Whay impresses me the most is that she has a way with making her subjects relax to the point of looking like they would everyday... instead of "posed".
  
  Simply put... if you browse Vikki's photostream, you can tell from her work that she shoots from the heart and the soul. Sadly you don't see this type of photos often enough any more.
  
  While I have never met Vikki in person, I have talked back and forth with her many times on Flickr. She seems to be a warm, caring person. It shows in her comments to others here all of the time. I am lucky to call her my friend.
